Were you comfortable with the way the company communicated with you? They were very proactive and excellent listeners. Did they take your concerns to heart? Absolutely. […] We worked through all the bumps of a 50 year old home with a few home owner issues that were challenging. They came through with very innovative professional solutions that were also cost effective, and corrected old issues very professionally. They were very upfront and accurate about their pricing, and stood by it. Was the workplace tidy, organized and safe? Always. Did the company respect your home and property? Without exception. Was the job completed on time and budget? With unexpected issues, a new budget and timeline were established, and they fulfilled this. So, Yes. Were issues communicated honestly and openly? Proactively, with options. Would you recommend the company to family and friends? In a heart beat. Is there anything that you would add in regards to your experience? It is a pleasure to deal with a company that is professional, and cares about their client, it was exemplified by all of their personnel. Their crew was a pleasure to work with. Tony and his team did a fantastic job renovating our basement. We had a flood in early January 2020 and needed our basement re-done. Tony came out and gave us a quote. Tony was honest, responsive and provided us with details with regards to the scope of the project. Due to COVID-19 we had 1 income so had a very strict budget. Tony kept his promise and kept within our budget while delivering quality work.

Tony’s team was amazing! Luke, Andrew and Chris were very respectful, friendly and willing to answer any questions or concerns we had. The three of them took pride in the quality of their work and it showed. We now have a basement space way better than it was and on budget.

We have some other work that needs doing and we will be using SodaPop Construction again. These were the best contractors we have ever used. I 100% recommend them.

We contracted SodaPop Construction for an extensive home renovation in the Winter of 2020. Right off the start we really liked SodaPop and their staff. They did not have a single employee in our home that wasn't friendly, approachable and competent, with a special shout out to Luke and Tony who were both fantastic. Our renovation was complicated by the effects of COVID, but SodaPop always kept us updated on what was going on and where delays were occurring. They worked hard to keep the project on track, pressuring vendors where possible or finding alternatives. We never felt out of the loop, or ignored. I am not sure we could have felt more involved, it always felt that they were working hard for us and putting us first. It was a fantastic experience and we will definitely be going back anytime we need any contracting work done!

SodaPop Construction refinished my basement for me and I couldn't be happier with the result. The basement looks fantastic, it's a great place for our family to spend time together.

The stair case was a tight squeeze for furniture and they made sure I was able to get everything I ordered into the basement, even though it meant taking a wall out for a few days.

The crew was responsive and friendly, always showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves. They worked hard and it showed in their craftsmanship. They were very friendly to my children and my dog and even helped me retrieve a lost hamster!
